Rod Schneider - Lead Investigator

Rod Schneider is a seasoned Canadian Registered Safety Professional with over a decade of experience in high-risk industries, from construction and oil & gas to field logistics and industrial operations. Known for his no-nonsense approach, Rod blends practical field insight with proven systems thinking to help teams work smarter and safer.

He’s led complex investigations involving serious incidents, designed COR-aligned safety programs from the ground up, and built tools that actually serve the people using them; from truck operators to site supervisors.

When he's not on-site or deep in analysis, Rod is likely carving lines through powder on a mountain somewhere in the world, pounding pavement in a marathon, or charging down a singletrack on his downhill bike. For Rod, safety and performance go hand-in-hand, on the job and on the trail.
